  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Umé by FlavurLust and more for serving
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Large Bag Corn Tortilla Chips

Method

  1. In a food processor, pulse the tortilla chips until resembles breadcrumbs or panko
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cheeses, herbs, lemon zest and Umé by FlavurLust to combine. Roll the mixture into balls slightly smaller than a pingpong ball

  4. Chill the cheese bites in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to let them firm back up
  5. Heat up a large pot of oil to 350F. Take the cheese bites and fry them in batches until golden brown and crisp, roughly 1 minute give or take
  6. Remove, drain off the oil, season with some salt and serve with more Umé by FlavurLust
