Tater Tot Pizza Poutine

When you combine tater tots, pizza and poutine...you definitely can’t go wrong just like using protection on a one night stand. Obviously we snazzled this version up a bit!


  • 7 oz Favorite Frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 Cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese, more for garnish
  • ¼ Cup Sliced Panchetta
  • 6 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ Cup Fresh Basil, roughly hand torn
  • 2 Tbsp Umé by FlavurLust


  1. Cook your tater tots as directed
  2. Preheat oven to 375F
  3. In a medium sized pot combine marinara sauce and parmesan cheese, bring to a boil and remove
  4. In a oven safe dish, put a layer of the marinara on the bottom, then add the tater tots, cover with shredded mozzarella and panchetta
  5. Place in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and panchetta is crispy
  6. Sprinkle over the torn basil and extra parmesan. Finish with a drizzle of Umé by FlavurLust
